Metal Leviathan

A top down shooter where you take down hordes of mechanized enemies with a powerful mech that has a combinations of different parts, including weapons, mech hulls and legs each having a unique abilities and effects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Level Design

  • Concepted, designed and created block-outs for multiple levels

Game Design

  • Concepted multiple mechanics and systems for weapons, enemies, levels and environments.

  • Worked on weapon balance and design.

  • Worked on enemy design and balance

Cowgirl Crusade

Cowgirl Crusade is a on rails, arcade shooter where the player takes control of a mercenary protecting their mining facility by  taking down waves of enemies and fighting bosses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Level Design

  • Created initial concepts for level designs and created initial level block outs.

Game Design

  • Created the initial concepts for enemy types and designs with artists

  • Created initial concept and implemented boss into level

  • Implemented Rail system with programmer for player movement

Norse VR Defense

Defend the gates and the people of your village from the devious goobers and ghouls. Utilise your throwing skills to send axes flying at your enemy and cast powerful spells to protect your home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Level Design

  • Designed and worked with others to build the layout and concept for the level

Game Design

  • Concepted and designed the game mechanics and systems for combat and the enemies

UX/UI Design

  • Worked on creating a score system and visually implementing it in a VR view

Forest Defender

When a group of humans come in to take aways the animals forest. The animals take it upon themselves to clear out the invaders. Launching themselves from a cannon and taking to the skies in this physics based puzzle game.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Game Design

  • Concepting initial game design and mechanics

  • Worked on implanting physics based system into gameplay

Sound Design

  • Sourced and implemented the sounds for the cannon, enemies and the animals and placed them in game.

Art and Modelling

  • Concepted the initial enemy and animal designs

  • Created the materials for the geometry and physics blocks

  • Created, rendered and textured all the animals, enemies and the cannon.
